Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily farm operations, including feeding and caring for animals, such as livestock.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, including power tools and heavy machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Assist with the transportation of animals, crops, and equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in animal handling, particularly with livestock.
- Proficiency in operating power tools and farm machinery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of farming practices, including crop cultivation and care.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
